We process only the information needed to operate our website, respond to enquiries, and run our Instagram comment automation.

• Website enquiries: information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company, and message.
• Diagnostic responses: answers you deliberately submit through an Auditro questionnaire, including any consent choice shown with that form.
• Instagram interactions: when you comment on content from @auditroai, Meta may send us the comment ID, comment text, media ID, your Instagram user ID, and username.
• Technical information: limited hosting and security logs such as request time, status, and network information may be processed by our service providers.

When a comment on our Instagram content contains the exact keyword CHECKLIST, our system uses Meta's Instagram API to send one private reply containing a link to the requested fillable workbook.

We use the comment ID to prevent duplicate replies. The stored duplicate-prevention record contains a one-way hash of the comment ID and a timestamp; it does not store your username, comment text, or message content. We do not use this automation for unrelated marketing messages.

Depending on the context, we rely on your request or consent, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, or a legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when required to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

Relevant providers may include Meta (Instagram), Vercel (hosting, serverless functions, and duplicate-prevention storage), and other infrastructure or communications providers used by Auditro. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Instagram duplicate-prevention records may be retained while the automation remains active so the same comment is not answered twice.

Access tokens and application secrets are stored as restricted production secrets. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, request-signature validation, encrypted transport, and data minimisation to reduce risk.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information associated with you. You may also object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.

You can remove Auditro's Instagram access through Instagram's Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. You can also follow our data deletion instructions. We may need enough information to verify and complete a request.

Auditro is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, we use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.

We may update this policy as Auditro or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when we make a material revision.
