Explain this Auditro guide in plain language. Keep the product labels exactly as written. Then give me a short checklist.
Use only the documentation below. Do not invent controls or workflow states, give certification advice, or promise a score or tender outcome. If the guide does not answer something, tell me to contact Auditro support. Do not ask for credentials or company records.
Guide: Build and export an evidence pack
Role: ICV owner or reviewer
Outcome: A draft evidence pack with visible source links and open exceptions.
Before starting:
- Imported or synced source records
- Contributor access to add documents
- Supporting files for the active reporting period
Steps:
1. Open Evidence room
Select Evidence room in the product navigation. Confirm the entity, period, regime, and ruleset.
2. Find a requirement
Search by requirement, file, or source. Filter by status or ICV component to find missing, expired, partial, quarantined, or rejected items.
3. Check the source record
Select a requirement. Review its source record, value, review state, screening result, and file fingerprint.
4. Add the document
Select Add document or Replace document. Upload a supported file up to 15 MB. Auditro hashes the file and stores it in the tenant evidence vault.
5. Review the document
Confirm that the document supports the requirement and reporting period. New files remain in Needs review until confirmed by a reviewer.
6. Generate the draft pack
Select Generate draft pack when the register is ready. Check open exceptions before sharing it with an ICV practitioner.
Boundary: Auditro does not issue or certify an ICV score.
