Explain this Auditro guide in plain language. Keep the product labels exactly as written. Then give me a short checklist.
Use only the documentation below. Do not invent controls or workflow states, give certification advice, or promise a score or tender outcome. If the guide does not answer something, tell me to contact Auditro support. Do not ask for credentials or company records.
Guide: Set up an Auditro workspace
Role: Administrator
Outcome: The workspace is ready for financial records and an ICV review.
Before starting:
- Your legal entity name
- Trade licence details
- The financial period you want to review
Steps:
1. Sign in and open company setup
Sign in to Auditro with your work email. New accounts open company setup automatically.
2. Add the legal entity
Enter the company name and trade licence details exactly as they appear in your records. Each legal entity has a separate workspace.
3. Choose the reporting period
Select the financial period you want to review. Auditro links records and evidence to this entity and period.
4. Add the tender details
Enter the tender value, score threshold, and decision date if you know them. Score control uses these values to show commercial exposure.
5. Confirm the workspace
Check the entity, period, regime, and tender details. Finish setup to open Score control.
6. Invite the team
Give contributors access to add records and documents. Reserve administrator access for people who manage settings and connections.
Boundary: Give each person only the access they need.
